• Privacy

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WHEN BNC LAWYERS OR A SERVICE PROVIDER ACCESSES AND RETRIEVES INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTY WEBSITES, BNC LAWYERS AND ANY SERVICE PROVIDER ARE ACTING AS YOUR AGENT. You agree that third party account providers are entitled to rely on the foregoing authorization and agency granted by you solely for the purpose set out in this clause 4.2.o Any personal information collected by BNC LAWYERS through the Website/App, or otherwise collected by or on behalf of BNC LAWYERS, will be dealt with in accordance with the BNC LAWYERS Privacy Policy.
