SYDNEY METRO WEST

Are you Affected by the Compulsory Acquisition Project of the Metro West?

In October 2019, the NSW Government announced the locations of for most of the Sydney Metro West train lines – the city’s next underground metro railway.
Sydney Metro West will likely connect with the new Sydney Metro station at Martin place or Barangaroo, and will connect Parramatta and Westmead with the Sydney CBD. The main stations are the CBD, The Bays Precinct, Olympic Park, Westmead and Parramatta. It is possible that Five Dock and Strathfield may also have stations. If you think your property or business may be affected by Metro West, you should seek legal advice as soon as possible. We acted for many businesses and owners in the Sydney Metro projects already under construction and know how to get the best outcome for you.
